He founded West Development Solutions with the hope of restoring healthy relationships and bringing positive change within the community. Oscar has been a P.O.S.T Corrections Instructor for 10 years, a C.A.M.F de-escalation instructor for 17 years, has been a Batterer's Intervention Facilitator for 5 years, and is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) Practitioner. As of December 2022, he has presented over 120 professional development trainings statewide. Oscar works alongside his wife Tamika in much of their work at WDS, promoting healthy relationships between partners and spouses.
honored to serve the students and families in St. Mary parish for the past 23 years. She was a high school social studies teacher for 14 years where she built lasting relationships with her colleagues and students. During that time, she earned a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. Everitt went on to serve 7.5 years at the district level as the At-Risk Interventionist. Everitt served several year educating trainers for CPI®, TBRI®, and Restorative Practices. During that time, she presented over 70 professional development trainings across the district. Everitt now serves the school district in administration as an assistant principal. Everitt works with WDS in helping facilitate workshops and professional development trainings to educational leaders, faculty, and staff.
