Since 2018 West Development Solutions has been working in communities to teach soft skills and connecting principles in order to restore and equip relationships after trauma. We are heavily involved in various branches of our community, providing solutions to both community leaders and individuals within communities.

We offer workshops, professional development, and training to individuals, families, and community leaders. We offer training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) and soft skills to deal with the effects of trauma within relationships in order to bring about better relationships and a better community.
