Everyone has biases. However, bias doesn't necessarily equate to racism or prejudice. Our biases inform how we interact with the world based on our life experiences. This can lead to unconscious decisions based on the patterns we have learned. This training equips law enforcement to be more aware of implicit bias and how it can affect how they interact with the people they serve.

In 2019 West Development Solutions partnered with local schools, the City of Franklin, and local law enforcement to address the amount of gun violence in the area. International Motivational Speaker, Author, Recording Artist Dr. Fairest Hill toured district schools with rallies, and meeting with community stakeholders in a town hall meeting called “Let’s Come Together.”
